Sample Weekly Meal Prep

Low Carb / Gluten Free:

 

Entree One: (Breakfast)

  • Asparagus and egg frittata with sweet potato hash

  • Overnight oats with seasonal fruit

  • Greek yogurt parfait with fruit, homemade granola and honey

  • Gluten free french toast with pure maple syrup and fresh berries

 

Entree Two: (Lunches)

  • Chickpea and arugula salad with lemon roasted chicken, shallot dijon vinaigrette

  • Roasted veggies with barley “risotto”

  • Cajun shrimp with lime avocado salsa and brown rice

  • Chicken fried cauliflower rice with bean sprouts, carrot, peas, scallions

  • Cobb salad- chicken, avocado, fava beans, tomato, boiled egg, red onion and blue cheese over mixed spring greens

  • Spaghetti squash with bolognese sauce and a mixed green salad

 

Entree Three: (Dinners)

  • Beef or Turkey meatballs, homemade tomato sauce and zucchini noodles

  • Burrito bowl- Braised chicken or beef, brown rice, cilantro, pico de gallo, lime avocado crema, queso fresco, sauteed onions

  • Shrimp Scampi with gluten free, chickpea or zucchini noodles

  • Crispy Chicken thighs, hand cut sweet potato fries, balsamic roasted brussel sprouts

  • Orange chicken with jasmine or cauliflower rice, pea shoot salad

 

Dessert: (8 servings free with every service of 3 meals or more!)

  • Paleo almond chocolate chip cookies

  • Low carb chocolate mousse

  • Peanut butter granola bites

  • Low carb lemon berry cheesecake

$100 flat rate (includes 1st meal)

+$45 for each additional meal (2-8 servings ea)
